Introduce 2-factor authentication with the text-to-speech capability that allows you to place a call to a mobile phone and authenticate user identity when creating, or logging into mobile or online accounts. There are two ways to perform 2FA via voice calls:


A pre-recorded message with the one-time PIN (OTP) is heard when answering the phone. The PIN then needs to be entered in the required field on the web site or mobile app.


When registering or logging in, the OTP is displayed. The user gets a call, answers it and then inputs the OTP on the phone.

Using a voice call as an authentication method is a convenient supplement to SMS-based 2FA, or a standalone solution for particular cases.


Outbound Dialer
